Shipping documents
I met someone recently, lets call her Karen who did not know what I do for a living.  Like many people just starting off in import/export, she was taken the 'bootleg' approach i.e. having a friend ship it from one country on her behalf and not claiming it as a commercial good.  Nevertheless, the friend, in the origin destination, sent it to the customer, but forgot to check a small box that required the customer to pay customs and shipping fees. To make matters worse she was not aware the high duty charges of lingerie items(goods she was importing/exporting) at the destination country.  To make a long story short she was charged all these fees!  Take care rather your a new importer or a business exporting goods (professionally).  The shipping documents is a CONTRACT be careful of what you sign or do not sign
